The Sacred Footsteps is about that Rahman is apparently a foundling. On the contrary, he is a son of vow and his mother received him as a gift through appealing to Imam Mahdi. Every year on the 15th of Shaban, Rahman goes to the shrine - Ghadamgah - to fulfill his decennial vow. In his last visit, Rahman has a dream through which his life is totally changed.
