One of the main shareholders tries to undermine the new management by hiring a number of workers and interrupting the work in the factory. Meanwhile, the accountant's child gets sick and he has to travel to Tehran for the treatment of his child. The disease is a brain tumor and the child has to be sent abroad for further treatments. The shareholder tries to provide the expenses of sending the child abroad and instead he asks the accountant to withdraw the loan he has requested.
