Behrouz Gharibpour ( بهروز غریبپور ) was born in 1950 and is a renowned Iranian theatre director and pioneer of traditional Persian puppet theatre.He studied theatre at Tehran University and at the Dramatic Arts Academy in Rome (Silvio D\'Amico).
