Dr. Hakimi, the head of the hospital asks Pourmehr to postpone his travel and stay due to the problems in the hospital, but he does not accept. On a rainy night, a man goes to Pourmehr and asks him to help his sick wife, but he tells him to take her to the city. The man takes his wife to the city with a lot of problems, but there is no doctor in the hospital. When Dr. Hakimi arrives at the hospital, she has already died. Dr. Poormehr blames himself and he suffers from mental illness since he hears the death news. He imagines that the woman's husband is following him everywhere.
