Born in 1979 in Tehran, Ida Panahandeh holds a BA in Cinematography and an MA in Directing. She has made several short and documentary films that have won international awards. She is also a scriptwriter. Her debut feature film, NAHID, was presented in many international festivals and won numerous awards and recognitions.
