Under the Shadow of Lotus is about that The captives are back. A package containing a stonefish and a ring is delivered to Hussein, one of the captives, from his father. Hussein recognizes the ring and knows that it belongs to one of the Iranian captives called Ali. Hussein goes to his hometown village to find Ali and figures out that Ali is bedridden in the hospital and is in coma. When he goes to see Ali, he finds out that the person is not Ali.
... Again, he starts searching for Ali, and eventually finds out that Ali was dead when he was a captive. Hussein returns to inform Ali`s mother of the event, only to find out that his mother had already known it.
