Khosrow Shahraz was born in Kermansheh in 1951, where he gained an associates degree from the School of Industrial Electronics. It wasn't until 2006 that Khosrow's passion for cinema translated into acting. He left his job at IRIB Kermansheh and swiftly moved to Tehran in order to pursue a career as an actor. His most notable achievements are his roles in 'Che' (2014), 'Tales' (2014) and 'Fish and Cat' (2013).

Fish and Cat is about that Based on true events 'Fish and Cat' centers around a group of students travelling to the Caspian region in order to participate in a kite-flying event during the Winter solstice. Voice of Silence is about that Mirhashem is a young clergy who has bought a small home recently. He uses a cashier's check in order to afford it; but a bully has the check now.
