Shiller's Epic is about that Rahim has been fired from the Revolutionary Guard for some reason and has fled to Kurdestan. There, he joins a counterrevolutionary group, but the leader grows ...suspicious of him and decides to release him after a series of interrogations and torture. Rahim's younger brother, Rahman, is looking for him and is imprisoned. Rahim tries to contact the new prisoner when he realizes that he is his own brother Rahman.
