Upon watching the "Bicycle Thieves" movie in cinema, they decide to rob a bicycle in public to be arrested. The girl is afraid to be beaten during the robbery, so his brother takes her and the dog in a safe place and promises her to introduce her as his colleague when he is arrested and beaten by people. When police arrests him, no one hears him telling about his sister in the crowd. The girl runs following the car but she is wandered among the cyclists around her. The boy is delivered to a penitentiary while he was trying to reach his mother in prison. The girl is alone and wandered, but she eventually makes a decision and takes the dog in a place telling it to stay there. The baby dog watches the girl going and some time later the voice of a boy is heard yelling "my bicycle is stolen". There are also police whistles and noise of the crowd. The baby dog is curious and begins to bark. The girl's voice who is arrested is heard harder and harder. The baby dog is alone and it barks to call the girl and her brother.
