Otanazy is about that Parnian is a young and affluent girl who needs a heart transplant to continue her life. Her depression has caused discomfort between her and her fiancé. With the advice of one of her acquaintances, her psychologist pretends to have feelings for her, he but gradually falls in a real love with her.
