The award-winning director Mohammad Hossein Latifi ( محمدحسین لطیفی ), born in 1962 in Tehran, began his artistic path with painting and sculpting before he specialized in animation. He calls himself an impressionist and was a member of the audiovisual animation division of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults.
