Motee, Mohammad (born January 10, 1944, Mashhad) Mohammad Motee has a BA in Theater from Tehran University’s Faculty of Dramatic Arts. He began his cinematic journey with 'Wily Reza' (1972), while his first TV experience was in 1971 and his first stage acting took place in 1985. Some of his most famous series are 'Hezar Dastan' (1979-1987), 'The Sultan and the Shepherd' (1981-1984), 'Amir Kabir' (1984-1985), 'House of Outsiders' (2008), 'Era of Constitutional Revolution' (2009), a ...nd 'Tabriz in Fog' (2010). He has also appeared in several TV series, such as 'Hunting a King' (1982-1983), 'Honeymoon' (2009), 'Relatively Bad Guys' (2013), and 'The Colonel's Garden' (2013). Motee has acted in more than 15 movies that include 'The Crow' (1977), 'Lean on the Wind' (1978), 'Penitentiary' (1983), 'Tornado' (1985), 'The Ruin' (1985), 'The Days of Anticipation' (1986), and 'Doubt' (2008). At one point in his life, he immigrated to Sweden. However, he returned back after 25 years to Iran, where he resumed his acting career.
