Scent of Paradise is about that Hamid who has just recently married is financially unable to run his family and has failed to keep his promise to his father-in-law to buy an apartment to have better living conditions. After releasing from prison, Hamid moves to North of Iran and starts a new life in a house inherited to him. The ringleader in shot during the attacks and Hamid, amidst the troubles, learns of the true identity of the waiter. The waiter is a disguised girl in the shape of a boy who has been given to the owner of the restaurant in return for money. All this has a great impact on Hamid's life and leaves him to choose between the girl he was supposed to marry and the new girl as the disguised waiter.
