That Man Came is about that Mahmoud, a computer engineer and chemically poisoned veteran, is diagnosed with cancer, and although he loves his wife Naghmeh dearly, he wants a divorce because of his disease. In court he meets Shiva, who thanks him once again for helping her the night when she was in trouble with two bikers who were trying to mug her.
