My Lady is about that Years ago, two infants were born in a hospital at the same time. A little boy named Farhad, the first infant’s cousin, takes pictures with the second infant. Twenty years later, Farhad is now a charming young man and is arranged to marry Leyli (the first infant). But Farhad does not really want to marry her, as he is actually in love with Shirin, who is a widow. But since Shirin knows about Leyli’s love towards Farhad, she rejects him. Farhad talks to Leyli about his true feelings and despite her love and affection for him, Leyli decides to leave him alone. But Farhad’s strict dad does not approve of this situation and insists on Farhad and Leyli’s marriage. As a result, he kicks Farhad out and deprives him of inheritance and takes back his store. After a while, Farhad gets injured in an accident and for his lack of sanity, he is confined to a mental hospital. After a little recovery, he fixes the water supply of the mental hospital which had been faulty for a long time. He does not intend to talk to his family under any condition. Leyli is worried about him, so she visits Shirin and demands her to save Farhad’s life. Shirin accepts and the day after, she takes a picture which shows the young Farhad standing next to her cradle and goes to see him in the mental hospital.
