Man's Promise is about that Mahmood tries to get in touch with his fiancee, Pari, after being released from prison. She is working in a cabaret owned by a man named Safdar who puts up a trap for Mahmood once he realizes Mahmood is planning to ...marry Pari. Mahmood is once again in trouble and is being chased by the police, so he flees and ends up hiding in a village where he meets Ahmad, a man who happens to be exactly like Mahmood. Ahmad is living with his fiancee Narges who suggests that Ahmad must work in the city and save money for their marriage. When Ahmad is in the city, the police arrest him instead of Mahmood. In the meantime, Mahmood finds out that Narges is actually Safdar's niece and Safdar took away her patrimony properties years ago. Mahmood starts to go after Safdar, and with Pari's help, they put Safdar in jail and free Ahmad and the four of them get married and live happily ever after.
