Born in Tehran in 1989, Saeed Roustaie ( سعید روستایی ) is a graduate of filmmaking (BA). After making a number of works, he directed his debut feature film, LIFE AND A DAY, in 2016 which won the major awards in Fajr Film Festival 2016.

Blockage is about that Ghasem works at Tehran Municipality and his job is to prevent vendors from selling their products at the sidewalks. He’s to be fired because of his secret deals with some of the vendors. He is looking for another job as a truck driver and is counting on his wife’s patrimony to buy the truck. Forever and a Day is about that Somayeh is at a loss.
