Siamak Shayeghi ( سیامک شایقی ) was born in 1954 in Abadan. He is a film director and film producer. He started his career as a film critic and was an assistant director in the mid 1980s. In 1990 and 1991 Siamak Shayeghi worked together with the famous Iranian opera singer and film actor Hossein Sarshar.

My Mother Gisoo ... is about that Manouchehr is a widower who lives with his two daughters in the heart of Tehran. Despite his reluctance to pursue other women, he begins to develop feelings for Gisoo, a secretary at the art institute where he works. Eventually, and against the wishes of his daughter Kamand, Manouchehr decides to marry Gisoo. Kamand however grows distrustful of her new stepmother when the institute is robbed and Gisoo is listed among the suspects. With the help of her fiance Davood, Kamand starts to investigate the woman who has usurped her father. Winter Dreams is about that Three sisters find themselves trying to cope in the wake of their parent's death. One of the sisters, a young factory worker, finds herself faced with the prospect of marriage when a colleague shows his interest. Her older sister is crippled but largely responsible for the household and her younger sister is vibrant and feisty. Their vastly contrasting personalities make for interesting dynamics in the home that they share. The bond of sisterhood is at the heart of this charming drama. Dowry for Robaab is about that Robab is from a family whose main source of income is pearl hunting. She is about to marry her cousin Kamel, but the daily quarrels between her mother and Kamel bring about discord between their families. Setareh is insisting more than anyone that her daughter has to get married with a dowry but Robab's father has lost his youthful vigour and is ailing. Her younger brother Khadem wants to solve the problem by going to the sea for hunting which is a dangerous and risky profession. The Way and the Wayless is about that It's about four frinds that decide to provide the money for their friend's sister's heart operation.. After the rob they finds out that the operation is already done and the money was provided by their mothers who has sold their jewelry. The surgeon doesn't accept the money when becomes aware of their financial status. With all the good things happening, they decide to bring back the money and they should be ready to pay for what they've done.
