Thirteen Cats on the Rooftop is about that Tanga, the ruler of the unknown planet named Sumaray has gotten married twelve times and still hasn’t been able to have a child. Eventually, he agrees to let the devil choose his first born’s spouse in the exchange for becoming able to have a child. So the devil chooses his thirteenth wife.
