Saeedi, Zahra (born February 24, 1954, Abadan) Zahra Saeedi is a cinema, television and stage actress. She began her career in 1970 with theater troupe Shiraz. In 1990, she made her debut TV series in 'Truth Revealed'. Her debut movie was 'Sheikh Mofid' (1995). Saeedi's role in the movie ' Saint Mary' (2000) made her a well-known figure. The Maiden is about that Mina, a theatre actress who is busy writing her thesis, asks every relative and friend she can for money in order to gather the amount the plaintiff demands and hence gets her dad out of jail.
