این مجموعه داستان دو مامور امنیتی به نامهای کمال و افشین را روایت میکند که یکی مسئول تیم ضد تروریستی و دیگری مسئول تیم مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی و پولشویی است. کمال طبق اخبار واصله مطلع میشود قرار است تیمهای تروریستی داعش عملیاتهایی را در ایران به راه بیندازند. کمال و تیمش با اطلاعاتِ دریافتی از خارج از کشور به ردزنی یکی از نیروهای داعش میپردازند تا از طریق او بتوانند رابطش در تهران را شناسایی کنند. رفته رفته طی این ماجرا دو پروندهٔ پیچیدهٔ تروریستی و اقتصادی به هم گره میخورد و ... .
